That did work for receiving, but not for sending.
Just refresh SN wallet page two three times it will work.
If it does t work, then reattach one more time, maybe it works then.
It may seem stupid but I'm telling you on the basis of what I had to do.

Actually, I had sorted it out for Coinos which set a default weekly budget amount. I first increased it and then I deleted wallet logs on SN, reconnected NWC and it was all fine.
Have you tried increasing your budget?
