There is, but I believe this is the range that the salary cap will fall in.

NFL is also hit by inflation. 53 million in 2 years is way too much.

The salary cap in IPL is only around 13500000 USD. Huge difference right?

While 11 players play in the match, the IPL franchises have anywhere between 20 to 25 players in total.

So not a lot of salary paid for that many players.

It's still a lot considering players only have to turn up for 2 months every year. Some of them are paid 2 to 2.5 million USD though. .
