I read somewhere about four quatrains of better living,
Good food
Physical exercise
Mental exercise
Emotional exercise.
I pay an equal attention to all four of them.

Emotional exercise is interesting. What do you take that to mean?

I meant it for releasing emotions. There are many ways. They aren't even same for everyone.
For me I go into natural calm and cry as loud as possible and be with myself alone.
To be precise whatever we do to calm our anxiety traps can be fit as emotional exercise.
Sing in the shower works for many.
