It's a small community so it's easier to establish trust. On top of that, I can require more strict proof of work. Or I can just decide to only reward people who I trust. 

Example: yesterday someone made a new accout and posted that they made a link on nostr with no screenshot. I have a milky ass, but it's not THAT easy to milk.
