Perhaps you are slightly wrong about the suits, unless you are talking about the suits that Stalin and Mao wore. You know the ones that were all grey without neckties. They were also psychopaths.

Edit: Also those corporations that use the state as their person clean up crew to steal the land in developing countries (ala economic hitman).

Yes, but their henchmen and psychopathic servants are the ones that are taking the credit for ruling the nations, aren’t they. Those-we-cannot-name are the powers behind the thrones, but, are there other powers behind them? Are we looking at an onion-type ruling class? Who or what is at the center of this onion?
