I do think some political ideologies have a natural animus to Bitcoin, so that accounts for some haters. The rest of the haters are probably incentivized to hate bitcoin, meaning they profit handsomely off the fiat system, or they found out about bitcoin early and didn't buy or bought and later sold and they are really salty about it.
