I do it because it has been part of our religion and culture for thousands of years.

As for my commitment, I've decreased my screen to > 6 hours on an average.

Non of my muscles can handle an intense workout after a prolonged break. First one is the worst one though, I doubt I'll even get sore from this point on.
Also, no we don't use a bidet, but I have used one before, and find them to be superior to just wiping.

Just got back from mountains. Was great! It was good to get out and do something that wasn't going to cause pain.
We'll see how this next week goes, hopefully I can start upping the intensity as I try to get into the gym again.

I've never attempted fasts.
Biking is going good, hurting 5kms daily uphill now.
Largely stayed at home today. Been slacking haha
Got some bad plantar fasciitis. Probably because I’ve run a 5k outside every day since Covid started and have a standing desk I use all day

Day 505 of 100+ pushups per day; day 404 of 120+ pushups per day, sets breakdown:
4x36 normal/narrow, 30 pseudo, 30 diamond; Total: 204
About 56 hours into the fast, got pretty hungry after the workout + yoga session, but now feeling normal again. Still, I'll probably break the fast in about 6 hours or so as I will most likely be doing 7-8h of physical work tomorrow (in addition to the pushups, of course) so might need to load up on some calories beforehand!
