I thought we were going to autosub players. I mostly recall us agreeing to something on the pod, but not exactly what we agreed to.

I am cool with that but we need to determine how many subs and at what point we auto sub. Does it have to be declared beforehand or if someone on a team hasn't made a pick does it automatically defer to sub one and then sub two and so on.

I remember you not wanting to require declarations before hand, but I don't recall if we even considered how to choose amongst multiple possible alternates.
I was thinking it would just be that in the event someone won who wasn't on a team and the team they could have been on had a vacancy then they would be the alternate for that round.

That's not really fair unless we have an equal amount of US stackers and International stackers competing in each pick 'em.
I think we did have an equal distribution this round but we had a lot less entrants than usual. Only 14. Usually 20 or more are playing.
