Your disclaimer has me thinking. I never use one. I assume/presume that posting an item is not an endorsement. I suppose many do not, though. Food for thought.
This digest was a mixed bag for me. Overall, I guess a disclaimer is not really necessary.
'We are from the government and we are here to help". Even when they do something seemingly good (as in strategic reserve), I'm still a bit wary... YMMV
