Their KYC is more rigorous than buying bitcoin from an exchange..

Yes simple API to send sms to authenticate the user via a magic link..
We’re building https://lightsats.com where bitcoiners can tip anyone without onboarding them, the user does their own onboarding and the easiest way for them to sign up would be via phone number..
