Day 517 of 100+ pushups per day; day 416 of 120+ pushups per day, sets breakdown: 4x36 normal/narrow; Total: 144 What have I done that worked to wake up early? Not go to sleep :) On a more serious note, a good and exciting reason to wake up early is probably the best. And sleeping on a floor/yoga mat is great because once you wake up, you're not comfortable so you're not inclined to just lay there (and/or fall asleep again)... that being said, I should really get back to sleeping on a yoga mat. My back's a bit sore and I think sleeping on too soft of a bed has something to do with it.
