Bisq 2 worked fine on my Ubuntu when I tried it.
Will try the original Bisq alongside it.

If your distro doesn't ship openjfx 11, which has reached end-of-life, then Bisq 1 will not work.
In such a situation, distrobox can be used to run Bisq using an older distro.
