  • As for my commitment, I've decreased my screen to > 6 hours on an average, do meditation and Yoga for an hour daily, follow Aayurveda.

Day 521 of 100+ pushups per day; day 420 of 120+ pushups per day, sets breakdown: 3x42 normal/narrow; Total: 126 I'm an artist. I cannot not follow my heart. The best "exercises" IMO are journalling, meditation and long walks on the beach 🤠
