Can users have a private repository for their own files and only use nostr.build as the public publishing service link ?
Example:
- I have a private NAS or Nextcloud instance behind a Tor or clearnet IP, but I do not want to post links directly from that repository.
- I could use a nostr.build account where I can setup my private link repository and nostr.build will act as proxy for that file
Not sure if it exist such service at all but could be interesting as a decoy.
Yes, if I understand correctly. You can upload whatever media you want to your nostr.build account and it is not shared unless you share the link. It is your private media repository. Often people will create a burner nostr npub to create an account just to have anon, private media hosting with us.

No. I mean to use nostr.build only as a proxy for my media stored on my private repository, not uploading to nostr.build.

Ohh, not yet, but very possible. We are constantly adding user-requested features. You could reach out to Fishcake on nostr and get his thoughts directly; npub137c5pd8gmhhe0njtsgwjgunc5xjr2vmzvglkgqs5sjeh972gqqxqjak37w
