Oh no it's a bug. We counted a failed invoice payment when their other boost was expired.

When ran our scheduled job to expire/reassess the boost after 30 days, we were accidentally including unpaid invoices. The OP requested a 900k (and other) boost invoices and didn't end up paying them.
