This drink is my home. Created in 2008 in Hamburg, a large port city in Germany, near where I grew up. Jörg is a great bartender who I admire a lot.

Ingredients:
2 oz London Dry Gin
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
10 basil leaves
3-4 drops saline solution

Instructions:
Muddle the basil leaves in the tin. Combine all the ingredients in the shaker and shake with one large cube and two small cheater cubes. Double strain into a lowball glass over a large cube. Garnish with basil leaves.
