The wife and I are playing this today after a recommendation from her brother (super gamer deluxe). We're only a few chapters in but it's really excellent and fun. It reminds me of Portal 2 coop mode but with way more variation in tools and mechanics (which has its tradeoffs). The story's premise is sad, yet it's easy to get past. Highly recommend for couch coop fans.

I think the creator of It Takes Two also recently released another coop game that got amazing reviews, called Split Fiction

I finished this game last year with my son. Very fun co-op game. Great for non-gamers or beginners, because the difficulty is pretty low but it's still fun because of the multitude of creative mechanics and fun/smooth gameplay. It won game of the year 2021.
The same dev of It Takes Two just released Split Fiction and I'm also in the process of playing through it with my son. We are about 5hrs into the game. Also very fun! I recommend both games if you have someone to play it with. Great co-op game. Also, an awesome thing about Split Fiction is you can do couch co-op or online co-op, and with online co-op, only one of you has to own the game for the both of you to play.
Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime is another great co-op game I would recommend. And of course, there's Overcooked and Overcooked 2, both are great couch co-op games that can get you high-fiving one another at one moment then start screaming at one another the next moment.

Carla mentioned Death road to Canada as another cool coop game, but we haven't tried that one.

I've been playing this with my kids. Great game! Kinda heavy topic, but it presents it in an easy to digest way that's appropriate even for kids

We played this! And it's good! It works well even if one of the two is not really a game player... :)

Ohhh, I played this once with my sister and it was really cool!
Then I forgot about it. Thanks for the reminder!

I think LittleBigPlanet is a classic, but it's been so long that I played it that I don't remember how much I liked it or how well it stood the test of time.

No matter what, EA FC is Ea's best game.
