Absolutely not. Look up how tip pools work. Someone can easily get fired for messing around with it or trying to bypass it etc

talking about tip pool - I thought about situation where the person receive a tip from a customer and then he/she add it to the tip pool (i.e. tip system based internally on trust)
definitely there are different habits regarding tips in different countries...

Most places split tips among staff is what I was told.
