I’m starting a new Workit challenge on April 1st. This one has a 10k buy-in and only requires 7.5k per day for a week.

My steps have been way up since the dog started actually wanting to walk. The spring weather has also been great for getting our barefoot.

I’ve been playing barefoot 1v1 basketball it’s elevated my game

That's wild!

reply

When will we see your barefoot runs in the LDRC run chat? #929739 The run club has an account now as well

reply

Not until someone forges them.

reply

I might have to figure out how to join this. It seems pretty good!

reply

You were having trouble transferring sats to Workit, right?

reply

That was me I had an old version of the app so it’s all sweet. I’m in the three currently listed let’s get it!

reply

I don’t think I ever tried, actually.

reply

Oh, ok. I didn't have a problem, but I think some people have had problems in the past.

reply

It’s good to know before I try

reply

I’m in! Do I have to log in to the app daily to get it to sync steps ?

reply

I'm not entirely sure. I'm pretty sure you don't get any daily sats, if you don't check in, but it seemed like I got credit for my steps in a challenge when I forgot to check-in one day.

I recommend checking in daily.

reply

Sounds good, thanks!

reply

You need to log in daily to sync all the steps. I have walked over 10k some days but not synced the app, as there weren't any challenge ongoing, and the steps did not count.

reply

Thanks for reminding me. I saw that one last week and I meant to join but never did.

reply

I don't think there are any bonus sats, so we're just scavenging off those who don't make it.

reply

How’s the workit challengers going @Carresan @grayruby @Undisciplined

reply

Just started for me today , slow start though I will complete the steps over this afternoon.

reply

Nice work day ones all sorted for me

reply

Just started for me, too.

reply

7500 barefoot or shoes

reply

It'll be a mix. I think we're likely to have somewhat poor weather, so more shoes than normal.

reply

Too cold? Or too wet or too soft feet haha 😝 any is better then none that’s for sure

reply

I think it's going to be cold and wet, but we'll see.

reply

Have you explored the barefoot shoes options yet? I haven’t committed to getting them yet mostly I don’t like the look of most of them and some are ridiculous price. But are apparently a thing
