Few stats:
307 disputes 38395 orders created (this includes everything, including the ones in which maker did not lock the bond) around 12500 orders successful

For the 307 disputes around half, are just seller that did not press RECEIVED because asleep or for whatever reason and buyer got impatient and opened dispute. Or collab cancel. Or delay payment due to banks fuckup.
Scams are very rare. For exactly three times buyer tried to fake the screenshot of instant SEPA payment.
I try as much as possible to not settle the dispute until both parties statements aligned. If buyer claims payment and seller insist he did not receive, I will ask buyer for phone video recording (from home screen -> play store -> bank app -> order details). So far not even one time a scammer got away with his attempt.
Very interesting, good to hear that there are only few dishonest users. Thanks for the insight.
