So today is blood test day after getting the news in my first post that I have fatty liver in January at 87 kg. Today’s weight 79.5kg still watching calories in at around 1800-2000 a day limited snacks or junk.

Haven’t had any alcohol since the wedding in update 2 on 1st February.

Started back running last week and joined LDRC https://stacker.news/LDRC running three times a week. Doing kettlebell training on the days In between.

I’ll update again after I get my results. But I’m confident my work over the last few months should see it tracking in the right direction!

I suggest you read it and see if you can find the medicine. It'll permanently cure fatty liver.

Thanks for the link I did do a bottle of a liver detox blend with some of those ingredients thank you! I wonder if my fasting was messing with it as well but it shouldn’t

Damn nice job! 7.5 kg loss is no joke.

Was good breaking 79.5 this morning . Good to see the changes in the mirror as well!

reply

You are getting after it. Much respect.

I don’t know what I could do more to make it better any quicker so hopefully the bloods come back showing progress in the right direction

reply

Hope so. Keep at it.

Well done.
It is not easy to eat well given the junk food muck that is produced by the industrial food system.

reply

I didn’t eat it like crazy before but must be the cause of the liver issue as I didn’t drink heaps of alcohol

Impressive. Regardless of the test results, you've proven that you have some control over your ~HealthAndFitness. The worst case scenario now is that you have to focus on something else.

Exactly if you have a why you can do anything!

Livers go well with fava beans and a nice Chianti so I've heard.

Keep it up you will see results. Livers are a wonderful organ. They heal nicely if we give them what is needed

reply

Yeah let’s see what happens. Feeling better anyway regardless so it’s been a good thing
