that usually is when you node is out of graph sync. try to restart it and let it resync the graph.

If you use LND add this line in lnd.conf and try again

If you use LND add this line in lnd.conf and try again

db.no-graph-cache=true

then try with ```lncli getinfo```  if returns ```synced_to_graph: true``` then you can remove the line
