Wow! Lots of issues. One thing I don't think you have to worry about is the offline/online thing. That freaked me out with my avalon nano 3s too. The problem is that none of our home wifi connections are great, so our miners go off line repeatedly. It's the fault of the wifi, not your miner. The only way to avoid that are those pain in the ass wires.
Regarding all the other stuff, I'm clueless.
Ok, since you mentioned this i moved it into the same room as the router. No problems, very stable hashing (fingers crossed...)

If you can... always use wires instead of wifi... radiowave could be really tricky.

My WiFi miners sit on the same shelf as my WiFi router.
