I remember Exxon Mobil being the worlds most valuable company and then the internet and it’s powerful applications just crushed it
Will the next 40 years have bitcoin companies dominating this top ten list?
Hmm, I'm leaning towards no, but I'm open to being surprised. Strategy, you think?
Well I’m think more of an application that can leverage the bitcoin open network and make a great product or service that people want to use. It’s possible but not guaranteed.
I don’t consider strategy a true bitcoin business. They are just doing financial engineering. Plus their core business didn’t include consumers
You're totally right about Strategy, it's not a proper Bitcoin company. Honestly, I can't see any Bitcoin business getting valuations anywhere near this. Unless they've got loads of Bitcoin stashed away, perhaps!
Or they provide a great service on top of Bitcoin
Bet it's some service that ain't even a thing yet. So it's always a wild card.
Ain’t that the truth. Like who thought Nvida chips would be so important to AI growing up they were just for video game graphics
General Electric!

JP Morgan Chase has been consistent
Interesting to see that Exxon Mobil was still the biggest in 2010 even though consumer-level internet had been around for a while.
Granted, iPhone was only 3 years old..
