pull down to refresh

RIP my fold investment. Is this the bottom? Time to double down? Or can it go lower?
Ouch

This daily chart looks like a rug pull... I think it could easily go lower... My buying/investing strategy in 2 sentences...:
  • I never try to catch the bottom when buying (or the top when selling), but I wait until it stops in the downtrend and starts to rise...in which case it usually shows a trend reversal pattern. That's when I buy (with a sell level, then I watch for a trend reversal after the top). This usually works for me 80+% of the time.

Felt like such a premature move for them to make...suddenly now they have to channel energy into pumping stock price instead of focusing on building a product that's ready for the masses to uphold its stock value. I fear that going public actually snuffed their ability to grow their user base

Short term yes. They are dependent on visa. In the long term they can pivot and offer bitcoin services much quicker. But they can also get acquired by some big tech company or legacy bank

Try reading their 10-K and other financial statements. Since you're invested in FLD, it's time to investigate. Are they in profit or loss? Do they have enough bank balance to survive few years or heading towards bankruptcy?

I think the only have an S-10 out. I don’t even think they been in the public market for a full quarter yet. Maybe the 10-Q came out investors hated it and dumped the stock
