Do you think we need decentralized mail for a circular economy on a BTC standard? Do you think decentralized mail is possible? Surely many of you have thought about this. I sometimes think there could be a solution similar to geocaching.
A cache would be hidden, or disguised in public to an extent that is appropriate with regard to the contents. I think each one would have to have its own LN channel?
Recipient would be provided: -Directions to physical location -LN invoice tied to parcel
Possible outcomes: -recipient opens cache with provided information (incentivized somehow) -recipient dislocates cache and manually retrieves parcel (disincentive somehow) -sender mis-loads parcel, -cache is found by a third party during transfer and is dislocated (low probability)
Have people tried things like this?
an alterative is try to get a P.O Box so you can get mail at the post office while at the same time not using your real address

This is correct, but P.O. Box services are disappearing and then, to increase privacy, the P.O. Box should not be in your name and should be in a different country than the one you reside in, especially if it is a small country.
