I was trying to look up an old post of mine for a comment on one of Siggy's posts, did a search on my nym, posts, in order of recency.
The returned sort order is kind of right but sometimes not right.

Were you able to find your target post?
Never did, but I only had a few minutes to look. Embeddings search would be great here.
It actually does do an embeddings search, but only if you enter a search term in addition to a nym. For nyms, it just filters for items created by that nym.
How much is embedded on the search side and the content side? The entire body of search text, minus the nym, and the entire post or comment? Or something else?
I think the search query embedding (minus nyms and other filters) is compared to the entire post text, as well as the post title. For posts, the content body doesn't include all the comments. For comments, it's just compared to the comment text (not including subcomments)
It's not strictly ordered by time anymore which is good in some circumstances but bad in others. We have a ticket open for it. I'll add this example to it. Thank you
This search brings up your posts. try that

This shows the same problem w/ sort ordering. Or am I missing your point?
Yeah, you got it, the results are in the wrong order.
