You can mention the bounty in the title or in your post... That gives you more freedom who you choose to pay in the end, etc
It'd be kind of cool to have an obligation to pay, kind of like a 99 Designs contest.

Also stackoverflow almost always has a "best answer". I don't know if the OP selects it, or the users or the algorithm.
- the "best answer" can get the bounty automatically.
- the 'bounty post' can have a special icon (like the pin post).
This will be another way to monetize stackernews, in a paid-quora/ask-experts kind of way.

Yes, I imagine some users will filter for 'bounty included' posts to try and answer as much questions as they have knowledge in (to make money in the platform).
