Howzzat Cricket Lovers!
The round 2 of Cricket Pool (April 25) has just finished and it's time we have a look at the results of matches/pool questions and pool standings.
(This post is published after every round of the pool to give you all a clear idea where you stand in the pool and form your strategy for the next rounds.)

The Results (Round 2, April)

Predict the winners
  • Winner: Rajasthan Royals
  • Winner: Gujrat Titans
  • Winner: Royal Challengers Bangalore
  • Winner: Lucknow Super Giants
Predict for Extra Runs Q.1. How many runs will RCB score against MI? (+ - 30 runs will be considered correct)
  • 221 (191-251 is correct)
Q.2. How many runs will KKR score against LSG? (+ - 30 runs will be considered correct)
  • 234 (204-264 is correct)

Pool Standings (Round 2, April 2025)

Pool Standings (Total Score - April 2025)

And we all got so complacent by the first round score that for the first time in Criczap history noone has scored more than 2 runs. What actually happened there was we had both extra runs teams scored more than 200 runs and none of predicted more than that. There are constant 170-180 range predictions which all fell short. But I'm lovin' it. Lovin' it because of unpredictable nature of the game.
Best of Luck everyone! 🤞

Pool Prize (Breakdown)

  • For Feb: 10K Sats or All zaps on Criczap Posts minus fee; whichever is More.
  • For 2024-2025 Session (Annual Rewards: Distributed on Halloween 2025): 120000 Sats
Important The annual rewards are now fixed to 120k and monthly rewards will be 10k sats or the total of zaps minus fee on Criczap posts; whichever is more.
Thanks for playing.

I'm not sure which one, but I missed a round. 😏

You'll come to when results for that round will be out. But don't do this mistake often. It really hurts your total score for the year.

Ouch tough round.

Tough! It's the worst round eber.

Good thing I switched to an Inverse Kramer strategy!
Being consistently wrong can be just as predictive as getting everything right.

You aren't alone this time. There are 2 more ducks and noone has scored more than 2. It was disaster of a round. The worst ever!
