Role

Strike is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to be a driver of all financial and analytical aspects. The person joining our team must be able to evaluate, plan, execute and measure strategic business initiatives. Our ideal candidate will be able to partner with the executives and help drive the long-term growth of Strike by understanding the product roadmap and building metrics to drive deeper insights into the business.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and measure key performance indicators that drive business performance
  • Help drive the annual budgeting process
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly board and executive reports
  • Participate in financial success by asking questions, having integrity, and being detail-oriented
  • Support company-wide, full P&L financial planning, including budget and rolling forecasts
  • Guide continuous improvement efforts in Strike’s financial reporting and planning systems to ensure that we can scale effectively as the company grows
  • Develop and maintain corporate financial models
  • Support the development of key performance metrics in dashboards and reports
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across the organization, and develop a strong relationship with key stakeholders
  • Provide analysis, insight, and recommendations for ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree in Economics, Finance, or Business
  • At least two years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting
  • Experience with financial modeling
  • Proficient experience in Excel and PowerPoint presentations
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Superior quantitative skills, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization
  • Experience handling P&Ls and margin-based businesses, forecasting revenue, as well as strong working knowledge of revenue recognition rules
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Interest in Bitcoin is a strong plus
