Also stackoverflow almost always has a "best answer". I don't know if the OP selects it, or the users or the algorithm.
  • the "best answer" can get the bounty automatically.
  • the 'bounty post' can have a special icon (like the pin post).
This will be another way to monetize stackernews, in a paid-quora/ask-experts kind of way.

Yes, I imagine some users will filter for 'bounty included' posts to try and answer as much questions as they have knowledge in (to make money in the platform).
