You don't have to install all the extensions. LNDHUB + Paylinks (LNURL) + NWC and done. For what you need now is enough. Takes 10 min to install the lnbits + phoenixd.

But think about the future use of that LNBits. You can do a lot of things with it, including onboarding more users.
