but I'm a bit different, my routine, I wake up in the morning then take a shower, after taking a shower, then drink warm water, then I sit down for a while, then around 7 I exercise for about 1 hour, until around 8, then I sit down and rest for a while, around 9 I take another shower then go to work, my workplace is not that far, I only have to walk 20 steps to get to the office, I have breakfast at the office, that's all.
Curious as to why the first shower before exercising...

because after taking a morning shower, the body feels fresher and exercise becomes more enjoyable, so the body feels lighter when exercising, it's a bit strange indeed.
