This is (seems) like a pump & dump. I wouldn't buy now under any circumstances, but I'd wait for the price to drop (I'm sure there will be a pretty big dump). I'd buy the first "portion" (30%) at FIB 0.618 from the peak, and the second (70%) at FIB 0.786
