Fifteen goddamn weeks of workout-reporting. Oh man.

Saturday: 105 (a bunch of different: regs, diamonds, knuckles) + short vinyasa flow before easter dinner Sunday: 101 fuck, we tired... migraine in the morning and plenty of Easter chocs all weekend Monday: 25 (10 in the morning, 15 in the evening) but crazy-ass strength vinyasa with my yoga teacher -- so a good 15-20 extra vinyasas in there (and arm balances #864752 and handstands #933248) Tuesday: play at outdoor gym (2x5 pull-ups, 2x5 dips, handstands on random objects...) Wednesday: 90 bad migraines in the afternoon, 10 pushies in the morning + 2x15 + 10 + 2x20 Thursday: 40: 3x5 pull-ups in the park (10 pushups in the morning, and 2x15 during the day) Friday: 35 (2x10 regs in the morning, 15 for afternoon)... busy day, extra yoga session at studio in the evening.
Average daily push-ups for the week? 57. ...During the long Easter weekend I really tried to overdo pushups knowing that I wouldn't hit 100 on some of the other days... fuck, crazy how one day with nada and two days with 35-40 really pull down the average. Goddamn shame.
Anyway, nice-af to be back on the yoga mat and practice with my old teacher. Lovely times
