If you're assuming a custodial wallet that you control, you can just not use lightning at all.

Here’s how it would work:

• The user signs up on Orange Pill App (OPA) using their own wallet (e.g., Wallet XYZ).
• Every month, OPA sends a reusable BOLT12 offer to Wallet XYZ.
• If the user has funds available and has previously whitelisted OPA as an approved payee, Wallet XYZ would automatically fetch the invoice and pay it — no manual action needed
