I wrote this yesterday in one go, since it got tiresome to see all the headlines of how "bitcoin/crypto is dead" and it also got tiresome to see so many "crypto bros" throwing in the towel and giving up completely, missing the whole point of why we bitcoin in the first place.

My hope is that the distinction between bitcoin and "crypto" will be more clear going forward. But we shall see...

@dergigi, thank you for writing this post!! It is not only a beautiful summary of why only bitcoin matters, and everything else is a distraction, at best, but it also provides actual data and visuals backing it up.

One small nit:

Will you please consider editing the above reference. Maybe just replace the word autistic with "delusional" or something? It would serve the same purpose but would be a little easier for people to forward on.
