He will likely miss some time due to injuries but if Kelce can play until 35 so can Kittle.
49ers have outs after every year. Most of the guaranteed money will be paid up front. The cap hits will be very low after this season. They have tons of cap space this year.

Why? The cap hits are 6.6M, 4.5M and 2.2M in the final 3 years and the 49ers have outs every year. So worst case scenario he gets a major injury this year and they think he is toast so they release him and take a 13M cap hit next year.
