Epic Games v. Apple judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers just ruled that, effective immediately, Apple is no longer allowed to collect fees on purchases made outside apps and blocks the company from restricting how developers can point users to where they can make purchases outside of apps. Apple says it will appeal the order.
It only took nearly two decades.

Dude.... I didn't even realize they were trying to collect fees on purchases made outside an app... it's bad enough that they collect fees on purchases made in the app.

Very cool, I was not happy to see Fortnite taken from the Apple store.
Apple is one of those companies that has gotten so big, that they are essentially a duopoly today. I'm a free market guy, but wow Apple can get so freaking greedy.
