Wow that's an interesting observation. Any idea why that may be?
The Wim Hof Method doesn’t work well in tropical climates because:

Not cold enough for a “shock effect” – The water isn’t cold, so the body doesn’t react strongly.

Breathing creates heat – In hot weather, intense breathing can make you feel more tired and overheated.

No brown fat activation – In warm climates, the body doesn’t need to warm itself, so brown fat isn’t triggered.

Less sense of recovery – After training, you may feel drained instead of refreshed.
