It is still early, but everything he said in his opening statement was very enlightening and intentional. It spells out to me that he sees the world in a very troublesome time especially around society being hostile to each other.

I believe God was working through Pope Francis with reaching and bringing as many followers to Christ as he could and it is great to learn how Pope Leo XIV will continue that. This past weekend at church we spent a lot of time praying for him, and learned a little more about his intentions for the church. I do absolutely miss Pope Francis the guy was an absolute rebel badass of a Pope and will likely never see another like him. I believe history will be a lot kinder to him.
