Yes. I wouldn’t recommend doing major renovations before selling unless you are a pro, can do a lot of the work yourself and have a good grasp on current design/market trends to optimize the potential ROIC. It is good to spruce things up a bit and take care of the little things as you mention. Make sure the front of the property looks appealing and the house is impressive upon entry. First impressions matter more than they should.
I don’t read books if I think their titles are dumb. Haha
