Long weekend of a rummage sale, yard work, working and waxing cars…. But I wanted to get my workout in today before cold rain the next few days….
The plan a hard 5k. I bailed on that idea and planned 2 hard miles and then add on another. Ugh got going and didn’t have 2 in me so I got 1.5 miles hard in 6:22 pace and then another 1.5 hard miles in 6:15 pace. Still got my 3 hard miles I’m! Some days you gotta push your body past its limits but give it boundaries to succeed.
