The Ledger issue, I guess is due to the derivation path used when importing the wallet into Sparrow.

I'm not an expert, but I think when you are setting up the ledger on Ledger live you can see the derivation path or at least the address type (1, 3 or bc1.)
Just make sure when importing this wallet into Sparrow use the same configuration.
