Surprised some of these guys haven't been signed yet. Here are the top 10 NFL free agents, based on last year's salary, remaining.

  6. Marcus Williams FS
  7. Matthew Judon OLB
  8. Gabe Davis WR
  9. Preston Smith OLB
  10. James Bradberry CB
Honourable metions: Shaq Mason G, Za'darius Smith DE, CJ Mosley LB, Justin Simmons FS
Gabe Davis and Za'darius Smith would be nice adds for 49ers but I don't think it is going to happen. If they add anymore veterans they will probably cheaper than these guys.
Where do you think these guys will land?

I think Rodgers, Allen and Bradberry are washed up. The rest of the guys will be solid rotational pieces for a team but probably want too much money and thus remain unsigned. I know Gabe Davis came to SF to meet with the 49ers but if he wants 10M to be their number 5 receiver when Aiyuk comes back it seems pretty unlikely they will sign him.

Not a big money one. They are happy with mhj and Michael Wilson as 1&2 and dortch is a good value 3 contributor
Cardinals are a run first team and passing offence will go thru McBride then mhj
Out of anything they need a burner to take the top off so if a 4.3 guy from another team gets cut I could see them adding a depth piece with speed unless an injury occurred that made a gave Davis more appropriate
Not enough passing reps to go around beyond core group imo. Gonna be a run first and play action attack with Kyler running threat

Brandon sheriff not being signed is wild... There are a plethora of OLines across the league that he'd instantly make better.

Surprising. Maybe some injury concerns or he wants too much money or doesn't only want a 1 year. Something must be holding teams back because quality OLine usually gets snapped up quick.
