Post work is just a part of the photographic process.
Here is a before / after of one of the photographs so you may understand.
Exactly, color correction and other adjustments are part of the photographic process. Wanting to see the raw photo is fine to see aspects of the capture that only the raw file provides, but the raw photo is not a requirement, the treated photo is the art defined by the photographer.

i did not want to offend you...
it is just because with the technology nowadays i m still surprise that a bit of configuration on the camera and to be at the right time at the right moment is not enough
as it was in the past at the end...

No, there is always some adjustment needed. However, this comes down to taste.
