  • 80% selected converting some portion of U.S. gold reserves to bitcoin.
  • The median recommended conversion was 10% and the mean was 20%.
  • The middle 50% of the sample wanted to convert between1% and 30% of gold to bitcoin.

I wonder if, the majority of Americans know the difference between bitcoin and other crypto.
It would be interesting to see the same poll done but with the following tweak to the question:
The survey prompt read as follows:
‍“Assuming the United States was thinking of converting some of their gold reserve into crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether), what percentage would you advise they convert?”
