the hemp (synthetic thc delta-8/9) shops are vagrant magnets that destroy cities
I don’t know, the hemp shop I visited in Austin was located in a street full of shady people but it was the only store without them outside. I think it was because of the menacing bouncers and full-armed security staff.
In Italy we don’t have that kind of security but still, it would be dumb for homeless people to be outside of an hemp shop: it’s like asking police to arrest you
edit: holy shit was the THC I got, synthetic? That shit can be dangerous. I thought they were using a lot of legal 0.1% THC hemp as a loophole to create concentrates that actually work

Well, careful with the term synthetic. You didn't get K2 or Spice which is more what you are thinking. Delta 9 THC is just derived from Hemp instead of Cannabis. It's chemically the exact same thing I believe, could be wrong. Whereas K2 or Spice is entirely different. I think it was the 2019 Farm Bill that unintentionally made THC extracted and refined from Hemp legal, which is why it became such a large industry.

Oh, where I live, THC from Hemp is not declared as synthetic so maybe that’s why I got confused. I know that it’s heavily based on Ruderalis which should have marginal THC levels and historically used to make short-lived plants (automatics).
Thanks! I was worrying for nothing.

I've been getting these excellent CBD/THC soda waters from the beer store down the street. zero calories, just enough buzz to satisfy me.
it's a zillion times better than beer or wine.
if this sort of thing passed where I live, I would be bummed to lose out on the product I like. not to mention, it's a source of profit for the local beer store that has local music and sells pretzels and stuff.
