Glad I skipped the 4 quarter. Woke up to see Toppin put the dagger into the Knicks. Which is just poetic for him.
What I saw in the first 3 quarters was enough information for me that the Knicks were toast.
I just don’t understand why they let Tyrese take wide open threes?!? And I’m tired of Bridges making every shot a fade away jumper. Like it blows my mind NBA players have trouble developing an all around offensive game.
That game one loss killed the Knicks Nesmith is not only a sharpshooter but he plays excellent defense on Brunson. I didn’t see that happening and this matchup is the one that is deciding the series.
I feel so foolish laughing at @grayruby for picking the pacers and now they are one game away from the finals.
Overall it’s been a great playoffs (I skipped the regular season). If the Knicks want a chance to win it all (I think OKC will smoke both of these teams) they NEED a backup point guard.

Bridges kept them in it down the stretch. I think they need to make their offense less Brunson-centric, because they aren't getting the most out of Bridges or KAT when they rely so heavily on Brunson.
He at least needs to tilt a bit towards playmaking over scoring, if they want to really contend.
KAT was unstoppable again...when he wanted to be.

It’s surprising they don’t seem to have figured out how to make them a dual threat when they are both on the court. When Brunson is in the game it is all Brunson and then when he is resting they run everything through KAT.

Which is very strange, because Brunson played well with Luka, so we know he can defer and still be effective.

I have been with the Pacers from the beginning, but the Knicks' season is also commendable; they didn't make it to the conference finals by chance.
