Yes, but I eat it very quickly and she doesn't make it very often, so there usually isn't any around.

I smash hummus pretty hard too. I usually end up with some pretty bad gas from all the chickpeas, but it's worth it.

Immense, almost incomprehensible, amounts of garlic. I thought she should call her products "Vampire Killer _________", because massive quantities of garlic is our jam.

In no small part, this is driven by my desire to have copious amounts of homemade hummus available at all times.
